01I can’t sign in. What should I do?
Use password recovery if you’ve forgotten your password. If you need further help, email entries@joeberryaward.com.au from your account email address.
02How do I find my registration number?
Your JBA number appears in your registration confirmation email and in your portal registration details. Include it when contacting the team.
03Can I ask someone to review my idea?
Yes. Start a support conversation in your portal with the question or area you’d like guidance on. You can also seek support from your manager or company team.
04How do I submit or replace an essay?
Visit My application, upload a Word (.docx) file, preview it and choose Submit essay. Essays already allocated for judging may be locked; contact the team if you need a correction.
05When is the next live workshop?
The next Q&A date has not been announced here yet. Visit Live Q&A for details and send the team your question in the meantime.
